回顾“十二五”“十二五”时期,全国各级劳动人事争议调解仲裁机构深入贯彻落实《劳动争议调解仲裁法》,以加强劳动人事争议处理效能建设为主线,以加强基层调解组织建设和仲裁院基本建设为重点,攻坚克难、奋力拼搏,调解仲裁制度不断完善,机构建设取得突破性进展,约750万件劳动人事争议案件得到依法有效处理,促进了劳动关系和谐与社会稳定。
Recalling the period of “12th Five-Year Plan” and “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, mediation and arbitration bodies for labor and personnel disputes at all levels across the country have thoroughly implemented the “Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law”, strengthened the efficiency construction of labor and personnel dispute handling, Grass-roots mediation organizations and the basic construction of the Court of Arbitration as the focus, tackling hardship and struggling hardworking mediation and arbitration system has been continuously improved, making breakthroughs in institutional construction, about 7.5 million cases of personnel disputes have been effectively handled in accordance with the law to promote harmonious labor relations And social stability.
