我国的形位公差新标准(GB1182—80、GB1183—80、GB1184—80、GB1958—80)是1981年颁布的。该标准不仅内容广泛、具体、先进、合理,而且具有严密的科学性和系统性。所以在颁布之后能很快得以贯彻实施,并有力地保证和提高了产品质量。但美中不足的是目前还没有一套比较有效的计算方法,能够象尺寸公差那样对所规定的形位公差进行合理性验算。本文想就这个问题进行一些探讨,并将探讨的结果应用于汽车生产中,对现场出现的质量问题进行分析和处理。
China’s new standard form tolerance position (GB1182-80, GB1183-80, GB1184-80, GB1958-80) was promulgated in 1981. The standard is not only broad, specific, advanced and reasonable, but also closely scientifically and systematically. So after the promulgation can be quickly implemented, and effectively guarantee and improve product quality. But the fly in the ointment is that there is not yet a set of more effective methods for calculating the reasonableness of the specified geometric tolerances as dimensional tolerances. This article wants to make some discussions on this issue, and applies the results of the study to automobile production to analyze and handle the quality problems appearing on the scene.
