近几年,房地产开发作为国民经济的一个高盈利新兴产业,投资增势强劲,1992年商品房建设投资比上年增长93.5%,1993年又比1992年增长124.9%。由于缺少规范管理,形成了分、散、乱的局面。去年下半年,国家针对开发区、房地产过火过热的情况,宏观调控向房地产加力,采取了一系列降温治乱的有效措施,取得一定成效,这对缓解今年的投资形势起到了积极作用。
