随着医学技术的不断发展,疫苗从问世到现在一直被认为是控制,预防和消除感染性疾病中最有效的措施之一。由于寄生虫独特的生物学特性,相对病毒和细菌而言它们更复杂,它们有着更丰富的基因组,多阶段的生活史和抗原的多样性,所以针对寄生虫病疫苗一直处于在研阶段。本文通过检索近几年国内外学者针对疟原虫、阿米巴、弓形虫、隐孢子虫等寄生虫病疫苗新的研究成果,总结了其中有可能成为新型候选疫苗位点的研究进展。
With the continuous development of medical technology, the vaccine has been regarded as one of the most effective measures to control, prevent and eliminate infectious diseases from its appearance till now. Because of the unique biological characteristics of parasites, they are more complex than viruses and bacteria, they have a richer genomic, multi-stage life cycle and antigen diversity, so the vaccine against parasites has been in the research phase. In this paper, we search for new research results of parasites vaccine against Plasmodium, Amoeba, Toxoplasma gondii and Cryptosporidium in recent years, and summarize the research progress of the new vaccine candidates.
