高职院校的非英语专业的学生的学习动机和职业需求有着直接的关系。通过调查显示,用人单位需要专业素质较高的人才,非英语专业的学生面对社会职位激烈的竞争,给学生造成很大的压力,当压力转化成动力,非英语专业的学生有很强的学习动机,而且外在的学习动机要比内在的学习动机强,并且动机的强弱在专业性质上无差异性。所以本篇文章主要研究了高职院校非英语专业学习动机和职业需求的关系,因此一定要加强学生学习英语的兴趣,合理的制定英语教学计划,从而为学生的学习创造更好的环境。
The non-English majors in higher vocational colleges have a direct relationship with their motivation and career needs. According to the survey, employers need professionals with higher professional qualifications. Non-English majors face intense competition in social posts, putting a lot of pressure on students. When the pressure is transformed into motivation, non-English majors have strong Learning motivation, and external learning motivation than intrinsic learning motivation, and the motivation of the professional nature of the no difference. Therefore, this article mainly studies the relationship between non-English majors’professional motivation and vocational needs in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, we must strengthen students ’interest in learning English and make English teaching plan reasonably so as to create a better environment for students’ learning.
