综述了目前国内外在连续激光非晶化方面的研究和发展。在分析现有文献的基础上指出:连续激光非晶化时材料的临界冷速RLC大大高于常规法临界冷速Rc的现象归因于激光处理时同熔体成分相同的晶态基体的强烈外延生长和熔池中的非均匀成核。RLc除同材料成分有关外,还同材料原始成分均匀性和晶粒大小有很大关系。提出了连续激光非晶化进一步研究的方向。
The research and development of continuous laser amorphization at home and abroad are reviewed. Based on the analysis of the existing literatures, it is pointed out that the critical cooling rate (RLC) of the material during the continuous laser amorphization is much higher than the critical cooling rate (Rc) of the conventional method due to the intense laser processing of the same crystalline matrix with the same melt composition Epitaxial growth and non-uniform nucleation in the bath.
