利用均匀设计法设计得到的 12种培养基及对照 Zarrouk培养基对钝顶螺旋藻 ( Spirulinaplatensis) S6品系进行培养 ,研究了在不同培养基下螺旋藻对无机氮的吸收利用。结果表明 ,螺旋藻可以同时以 NO3- N和 NH4 - N为氮源。 NO3- N对螺旋藻是最为通用和安全的氮源 ,但添加浓度以11mmol/ L左右最为适宜 ,既可满足藻体的最佳生长需求又可降低养殖成本 ;适宜浓度的 NH4 - N可促进螺旋藻的生长 ,浓度过高则会造成 NH3中毒 ,NH4 - N的添加量以 1.2 7~ 2 .57mmol/ L范围最为适宜。
Spirulina platensis S6 lines were cultured using 12 mediums designed by uniform design and control Zarrouk medium. The absorption and utilization of inorganic nitrogen by Spirulina in different medium were studied. The results showed that Spirulina could use NO3 - N and NH4 - N as nitrogen sources simultaneously. NO3- N was the most common and safe nitrogen source for spirulina, but the optimum concentration was about 11 mmol / L, which could not only meet the optimal growth requirements but also reduce the cost of culture. The suitable concentration of NH4 - N could promote Spirulina growth, the concentration is too high will cause NH3 poisoning, NH4 - N added to the amount of 1.2 7 ~ 2.57mmol / L the most appropriate range.
