本文研究了各种浸提液、浸提温度和浸提时间对密胺餐具甲醛迁移量的影响。以20%乙酸、100℃水浴浸提15min作为样品处理条件,大于1mg/dm~2的甲醛迁移量可以初步判定仿瓷餐具中添加了脲醛树脂。在此基础上,建立了红外光谱测定脲醛密胺含量比的方法,脲醛和密胺含量比在0.1—9.0范围内,存在一个良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9968,两个水平(脲醛和密胺含量比分别为1.48和0.11)的精密度(n=10)为4.2%和8.8%,方法的检出限为0.05(脲醛和密胺含量比),准确度为3.9%和8.5%。
In this paper, the effects of various extracts, extraction temperature and extraction time on the formaldehyde migration of melamine tableware were studied. With 20% acetic acid, 100 ℃ water bath for 15min as the sample processing conditions, more than 1mg / dm ~ 2 formaldehyde migration can be initially determined to add urea formaldehyde resin tableware utensils. On this basis, a method for the determination of urea-formaldehyde melamine content by infrared spectroscopy was established. There was a good linear relationship between the content of urea-formaldehyde and melamine in the range of 0.1-9.0, the correlation coefficient was 0.9968. Melamine content ratios were 1.48 and 0.11, respectively (n = 10) were 4.2% and 8.8%, respectively. The detection limit of the method was 0.05 (the ratio of urea to melamine). The accuracy was 3.9% and 8.5% respectively.
