目的报告1起食物中毒事件的调查结果。方法对出现临床症状的进餐人员及临床诊断病例开展流行病学及卫生学调查。结果该起食物中毒的罹患率为16.05%(61/380),42.62%(26/61)的病例食用过凉拌豇豆,凉拌猪蹄,6份剩余可疑食物标本肠道致病菌检测中3份凉拌菜检出沙门菌。结论该中毒事件发生的原因可能是食用被沙门菌污染的凉拌豇豆、凉拌猪蹄而引起的细菌性食物中毒。
Aims To report on the findings of a food poisoning incident. Methods Epidemiological and hygiene investigations were conducted on food-for-service personnel and clinical diagnosis cases with clinical symptoms. Results The incidence of food poisoning was 16.05% (61/380), 42.62% (26/61) of the cases were consumed with cold cowpea, cold pig’s trotters, and 6 samples of intestinal suspicious food were detected in 3 Salmonella pickled salad. Conclusion The cause of the poisoning may be caused by eating contaminated cold Salmonella cowpea, cold pig trotters caused by bacterial food poisoning.
