室内试验用 2种方法测定马铃薯晚疫病菌的寄生适合度。结果表明 :复合指数法更适用于此病原物。从品种看 ,米拉表现最抗病 ,其次是坝薯 10号、一墩青和克疫 ,克新 1号、无花和坝薯 9号较感病 ,费乌瑞它和紫山药最感病。从菌种看 ,C5的致病性普遍高于C2 ,而C2的致病性又普遍高于C4。
Two methods were used to determine the parasitic fitness of Phytophthora infestans in laboratory experiments. The results show that compound index method is more suitable for this pathogen. From the species perspective, the performance of the most resistant to rice, followed by the dam potato No. 10, a pier Qinghekeke, Kexin 1, no flower and dam potato 9 susceptible, Fei Wurui and purple yam most sense disease. From the strain perspective, the pathogenicity of C5 is generally higher than that of C2, while the pathogenicity of C2 is generally higher than that of C4.
