本研究采用问卷调查法对拉萨市的221名普通高中教师的教学效能感进行了调查研究,结果表明:1.西藏地区中学教师的个人教学效能感显著高于一般教育效能感。2.性别、民族和学历因素对中学教师的一般教育效能感有显著性影响。3.性别、民族、学历、职称和教龄因素对中学教师的个人教学效能感有显著性影响。4.西藏地区中学教师教学效能感与内地及其它边疆地区中学教师的教学效能感有一定的共同性与差异性。
In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the teaching efficacy of 221 ordinary high school teachers in Lhasa. The results showed that: 1. The personal teaching efficacy of middle school teachers in Tibet was significantly higher than that of general education. Gender, ethnicity and academic qualifications have a significant impact on the general education efficacy of secondary school teachers. Gender, ethnicity, education, professional title and age-related factors have a significant impact on the personal teaching efficacy of middle school teachers. 4. The sense of efficacy of teachers in secondary schools in Tibet has some commonalities and differences with the teachers’ efficacy in teaching in middle schools in the Mainland and other border areas.
