通过对爱立信LTE基站小区退服率统计异常的分析,发现了由于3GPP规范中LTE无线告警的告警编号生成规则问题导致不同告警产生相同的告警编号,进而引发爱立信OMC对小区退服告警/告警清除消息进行了错误的丢弃和匹配,从而导致小区退服统计错误。通过完善告警编号生成规则,引入Notification ID因子,解决了告警编号重复的问题,保证了告警处理的正确性。
