通过氧指数(LOI)、热重分析(TGA)和锥形量热仪(CONE)研究了二苯基磷酸阻燃改性聚丙烯腈(PMPAN)的燃烧行为。LOI值和CONE的热释放速率(HRR)显示,接上二苯基磷酸后PMPAN的阻燃性得到了很大的提高。TGA测试的数据显示在阴燃或小火的作用下,PMPAN的阻燃属于凝聚相阻燃机理;而CONE测试的质量损失速率(MASS)、CO和CO2的生成速率、平均有效燃烧热(mean EHC)、平均比消光面积(mean SEA)等显示,在外部急剧升温导致的强迫燃烧条件下,PMPAN的阻燃机理为凝聚相和气相协同阻燃。
The combustion behavior of PMPAN was investigated by LOI, TGA and CONE. The LOI value and the heat release rate (HRR) of CONE showed that the flame retardancy of PMPAN was greatly improved after diphenyl phosphate was added. The data of TGA test showed that the flame retardancy of PMPAN belongs to the coherent phase flame retarding mechanism under the effect of smoldering or small fire. The mass loss rate (MASS), CO and CO2 generation rate, mean effective heat of combustion (mean EHC, and mean SEA. The flame retardancy mechanism of PMPAN is that coacervate phase and gas phase synergistic flame retardant under the forced combustion condition caused by the rapid external heating.
