本文首次尝试用微型碘离子选择电极来跟踪监测放射性碘化中碘离子的氧化过程。结果表明,只要反应液体积大于30μl,该法能迅速指示出反应的进程;可准确控制氧化剂的用量来调节反应的进程,在用~(125)I标记血管紧张素Ⅱ、胰岛素的实验中,可使氯胺-T用量减少至通常适宜用量的1/40;还研究了反应液pH值、磷酸盐浓度对氯胺-T氧化I~-离子反应的影响。
This paper, for the first time, attempts to monitor the oxidation of iodide in radioiodination using a miniature iodine ion selective electrode. The results showed that as long as the volume of the reaction solution was more than 30μl, the method could promptly indicate the progress of the reaction. The amount of oxidant could be accurately controlled to adjust the reaction progress. In the experiment of labeling 125 Ⅰ with angiotensin Ⅱ and insulin, The amount of chloramine-T can be reduced to 1/40 of the usual suitable amount. The effect of the pH of the reaction solution and the phosphate concentration on the chloramine-T oxidation I ~ - ion reaction was also studied.
