学术出版是出版业的重要组成部分,也是衡量一个国家科学文化发展水平的重要指标。文章以当今印度国内的学术出版市场发展为关注对象,运用出版业发展相关理论,分析了印度在数字时代背景下复兴学术出版市场所采取的一系列革新措施。文章认为,印度学术出版业的繁荣主要得益于印度政府近年来本土出版企业的快速发展、国内发达的商业外包流程以及独一无二的数字文化环境等因素,而正是这些因素帮助印度逐步探索出了一套发展中国家应对学术写作和出版“贫瘠”现状的作法。
Academic publishing is an important part of the publishing industry and an important indicator of the level of scientific and cultural development in a country. Taking the development of scholarly publishing market in India as an example, the article analyzes the series of innovations adopted by India in renaissance scholarly publishing market in the digital age by using the relevant theories of publishing industry. The article argues that the prosperity of academic publishing in India is mainly due to the rapid development of the local publishing enterprises in India in recent years, the domestic developed commercial outsourcing process and the unique digital cultural environment. These factors help India to gradually explore A set of practices for developing countries to deal with academic writing and publishing “barren” status.
