我科1985～1986年8月,成功的应用血液灌流(简称HP)方法治疗11例急性严重药物中毒患者,现报告如下。临床资料患者中男5例,女6例,年龄19～80岁。9例系混合性药物中毒(一次服药计有冬眠灵、泰尔登、安定、安坦、氟哌啶醇等),服药剂量为700～1200片。单纯性药物中毒2例,其中服安定700片1例,服地高辛85片1例。11例中10例为严重深度昏迷(Ⅳ度昏迷),昏迷时间在 Our department from 1985 to 1986 August, the successful application of hemoperfusion (referred to as HP) treatment of 11 cases of acute severe drug poisoning patients, are as follows.
