目的了解九香虫提取物的抗突变作用。方法将来自大理市周边七里桥村、小关邑村2份蚕豆分别分为环磷酰胺、蒸馏水、九香虫提取物、九香虫提取物+环磷酰胺等4组,采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术,测定九香虫提取物抗环磷酰胺诱变的遗传效应。结果九香虫提取物加环磷酰胺的处理组,蚕豆根尖细胞微核率分别为:5.67±0.58‰(七里桥蚕豆)、5.00±1.00‰(小关邑蚕豆),与环磷酰胺组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),抑制率分别为60%和62%。结论九香虫提取物可有效抑制环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生,具有抗突变性,提示九香虫提取物对肿瘤的防治具有积极的作用。
Objective To understand the anti-mutagenicity of the extract of nine insects. Methods Two broad bean lines from Qiliqiao Village and Xiaoguanyu Village around Dali City were divided into four groups: cyclophosphamide, distilled water, nine-sweetworm extract, nine-sweetworm extract, and cyclophosphamide. Vicia faba root tip cells were used. Micronucleus technology was used to determine the genetic effects of anti-Cytophosphamide mutagenesis in extracts of nine insects. Results The results showed that the micronucleus rates of Vicia faba root tip cells were 5.67±0.58 ‰(Qiliqiao faba bean), 5.00±1.00 ‰(Xiaoguanya faba Bean), and Cyclophosphamide group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the inhibition rates were 60% and 62%, respectively. Conclusion The extract of nine-sweetworm can effectively inhibit the micronucleus production of vicia faba root tip cells induced by cyclophosphamide, and it has anti-mutagenicity, suggesting that the extract of nine-sweetworm has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of tumors.
