群众工作是我们党的优良传统,是党和政府联系群众的桥梁和纽带,是构建和谐社会的基础性工作,在革命年代和社会主义建设过程中,都发挥着不可替代的作用。从心理学角度对群众工作进行研究分析,在理论基础上突出实践性,应用于现实的群众工作实践,以此加强基层党组织建设。 Mass work is the fine tradition of our party, the bridge and link between the party and the government in linking up with the masses, the basic work of building a harmonious society, and plays an irreplaceable role in the revolutionary era and in the process of building socialism. From the perspective of psychology, we study and analyze the work of the masses, highlight the practicality on the basis of theory, and apply them to the actual mass work practices so as to strengthen the building of grassroots party organizations.
