根据低配碳比含碳球团还原低温熔分制备粒铁的技术思想,对含碳球团还原熔分过程中硫的分配及硫的行为进行了试验研究。结果表明,影响产品铁粒中硫质量分数的主要因素为碳质垫料、球团原料中硫量以及熔分后铁粒在炉内的停留时间。为了降低铁粒中硫质量分数,应尽量限制煤粉、铁矿带入的硫量。要选择硫量较低的碳质垫料,尽量缩短熔分后铁粒在炉内停留时间。垫料中混和适量的固硫剂有利于降低铁粒中硫质量分数。球团中添加CaO未见有脱硫作用,铁粒中硫质量分数反而稍有增加。球团中配碳比的增加会导致含碳球团中煤粉带入的硫量的增加,因此配碳比的增加会稍微提高铁粒中硫质量分数。
According to the technical thought of reducing low temperature melting pellet iron with low carbon content of carbon pellets, the sulfur distribution and sulfur behavior in reducing and melting process of carbon pellets were studied. The results show that the main factors that affect the sulfur content of iron particles in the product are the carbonaceous litter, the amount of sulfur in the pellets and the residence time of the iron particles in the furnace after melting. In order to reduce the iron content of sulfur in the grain, should try to limit the pulverized coal, iron ore into the sulfur. To choose a lower carbon content of carbon litter, as far as possible to reduce the melting iron particles stay in the furnace time. Mixing the appropriate amount of sulfur-fixing agent in the litter helps to reduce the sulfur mass fraction in the iron particles. There was no desulfurization in the CaO added into pellets, but the sulfur content of iron pellets increased slightly. Increasing the carbon ratio in the pellets leads to an increase in the sulfur content of the pulverized coal in the carbonaceous pellets. Therefore, an increase in the carbon ratio will slightly increase the sulfur mass fraction in the iron pellets.
