1990年,广东省围绕治理整顿的任务和目标,深化和完善改革,争取了一个国民经济在“紧”中求发展的新局面:农业生产获得全面丰收,农业生产总值预计比上年增长6.5％;工业生产稳步增长,预计全年工业总产值比上年增长16％;外贸出口大幅度增加,预计全年出口总值比上年增长16.3％。在体改工作方面,也做出了可喜的成绩。
