目前培养螺旋藻大多采用Zarrouk和CFTRI培养基,二者均以硝酸钠为氮源,且用量很大。鉴于硝酸钠在我国货源不足,主要靠进口,价格较贵,发展工厂化生产很不经济,因此,选用廉价易得的氮源就成为发展工厂化生产与提高经济效益的关键。我们现选用尿素来代替硝酸钠进行螺旋藻的扩大培养。但由于尿素施入培养液后,会在尿酶的作用下很快转变成碳酸氢铵,而高浓度的铵离子对螺旋藻有毒害作用,因此有必要对尿素的有量、用法等进行试验研究。
Spirulina currently cultured mostly using Zarrouk and CFTRI medium, both with sodium nitrate as a nitrogen source, and a large amount. In view of the lack of supply of sodium nitrate in China, mainly by imports, the price is more expensive, the development of industrialized production is not economical, therefore, the selection of cheap and readily available nitrogen source has become the key to the development of industrialized production and improve economic efficiency. We now use urea instead of sodium nitrate to expand the cultivation of Spirulina. However, since urea is applied to the culture solution, the ammonium bicarbonate rapidly changes into ammonium bicarbonate under the action of urease, and the high concentration of ammonium ions has a poisonous effect on the spirulina, so it is necessary to test the quantity and usage of urea the study.
