检测济钢转炉钢渣的化学成分及物理、力学性质,分析其用于路面基层材料的可行性。分别以不同水泥掺量制备水泥稳定钢渣无侧限抗压强度试件,测定其7、28d强度及浸水7d后的水稳定性。以相同的方法制备两种不同粉煤灰掺量的水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣的无侧限抗压强度试件,测定其强度及水稳定性。通过与水泥稳定碎石力学性质的对比,表明水泥稳定钢渣及水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣均具有良好的力学性能及水稳定性,济钢转炉钢渣可作为路面基层材料推广应用。
The chemical composition, physical and mechanical properties of converter steel slag in Jinan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. were analyzed and the feasibility of using it for pavement base material was analyzed. The unconfined compressive strength specimens of cement stabilized steel slag were prepared with different amounts of cement. The strength at 7,28 d and the water stability after 7 days of soaking were measured. Two unconfined compressive strength specimens of cement-fly ash stabilized steel slag with different fly ash contents were prepared by the same method, and their strength and water stability were measured. Through the comparison with the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam, it is indicated that the stable steel slag and cement fly ash stabilized steel slag have good mechanical properties and water stability. The steel slag of Jinan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. can be widely used as the pavement base material.
