本刊杭州讯:2015年9月22日,协会在杭州召开了食品添加剂和配料工业“十三五”规划课题研究专家研讨会。协会甜味剂、防腐-抗氧-保鲜剂、增稠-乳化-品质改良剂、营养强化剂、食用香精香料、着色剂、食品加工助剂、天然提取物和功能糖配料等九个专业委员会的专家,以及部分企业界代表参加了本次会议。《食品添加剂和配料工业“十三五”规划》是食品工业“十三五”发展规划中一个重要内容。受国家发改委和工信部的委托,我协会承担了该规划的课题研究工作。接到任务后,协会即刻组织行业科研
