应用免疫印渍法观察比较了两种类型卫氏并殖吸虫成虫抗原多肽与卫氏并殖吸虫病人(感染3n)、华支睾吸虫病人、日本血吸虫病人和健康人血清反应的结果。3n 肺吸虫病人血清识别3n 成虫抗原中分子量为38、27、23、22、17.5和17kD 的多肽;2n 成虫多肽检测3n 病人血清,仅22kD 多肽为两型所共有。53、34和20kD 多肽为2n 型所独具。表明本法以3n(或2n)成虫蛋白为抗原,可以区别诊断两类型卫氏并殖吸虫感染。华支睾吸虫病人血清和日本血吸虫病人血清分别识别出17和16kD 多肽及22kD 多肽,提示卫氏并殖吸虫与另两种吸虫间有共同抗原成分。
Immunofluorescence method was used to observe the results of serological reaction of two types of adult Paragonimus westermani antigen peptides and Paragonimus westermani infection (3n), Clonorchis sinensis, Schistosoma japonicum and healthy volunteers. The 3n paragonimiasis serum identified 3n adult worms with molecular weights of 38, 27, 23, 22, 17.5 and 17kD; 2n adult pep- tides detected 3n patient sera, only 22kD polypeptide shared by both types. The 53, 34 and 20 kD polypeptides are unique to 2n. This method to 3n (or 2n) adult protein as antigen, you can distinguish between two types of Paragonimus westermani infection. Clonorchis sinensis patient serum and Japanese schistosomiasis serum were identified 17 and 16kD polypeptide and 22kD polypeptide, suggesting that the Paragonimus westermani and the other two flukes have common antigen components.
