文秘信息工作是办公室文秘工作者的一项重要职责,也是发挥参谋助手作用的重要渠道。为进一步提升企业文秘信息工作质效,本文阐述了企业文秘信息的分类、内容及评价标准,并针对企业文秘信息工作中存在的不足,指出了影响企业文秘信息工作质效的主要因素,进而从文秘信息工作者应具备的基本素质、建立健全文秘信息工作机制、文秘信息工作的切入点、开展文秘信息工作的基本“招法”等四个方面论述了提升企业文秘信息工作质效的方法与途径。
Secretarial information work is an important responsibility of office secretarial workers, as well as an important channel to play a role as assistant of staff. In order to further enhance the quality of corporate secretarial information, this paper describes the classification, content and evaluation criteria of corporate secretarial information. In the light of the existing problems in corporate secretarial information, the paper points out the main factors that affect the quality of corporate secretarial information. The basic qualities of secretarial information workers, establishing and perfecting the working mechanism of secretarial information, the starting point of secretarial information work and the basic “recruit ” method of carrying out secretarial information work are discussed in this paper.
