在党中央提出的“全党动员,大办农业,为普及大寨县而奋斗”的战斗号召鼓舞下,我省果产区掀起了农田基本建设新高潮。在果园建设上,不仅整修了大量水平梯田,增施了粪肥,深耕熟化土壤,还根据去年秋旱严重的特点,大搞了水利工程,扩大了灌溉面积。目前,苹果树花芽数量较多、质量好,预计今年仍能获得较好的收成。为了确保苹果丰产丰收,在加强土、肥、水等综合管理的基础上,还必须搞好整形修剪工作。现就我省苹果树存在的主要矛盾和当前生长发育特点,提出如下补充意见。 Inspired by the call raised by the party Central Committee for “mobilizing the entire Party, promoting agriculture and promoting the popularization of Dazhai County,” a new upsurge of farmland capital construction has been set off in fruit-producing areas in our province.
