学业成绩评价是对学生个体学习进展和变化的评价,是教学工作的重要环节,对学生调整学习和教师改进教学具有重要的指导意义。本论文采用访谈法、文献分析法、课堂观察法对山西省高平市东方红小学的语文学业成绩评价现状进行了调查,发现存在评价理念滞后、评价内容不全面、评价形式与评价主体单一四方面的问题和误区并相应地提出了树立发展性评价理念、尝试多样化评价方式、师评与他评相结合和突出语文课程的整体性和综合性的四大改进策略,旨在指导语文教学实践。
Academic achievement evaluation is an evaluation of individual learning progress and changes in students. It is an important part of teaching work and plays an important guiding role in students ’adjustment of study and teachers’ improvement in teaching. This thesis investigates the present situation of Chinese academic achievement evaluation of Dongfangghong Primary School in Gaoping City of Shanxi Province by means of interviews, literature analysis and classroom observation. It finds that there is a lag in evaluation concept, the content of evaluation is not comprehensive, and the evaluation form and evaluation subject are single And put forward the four major improvement strategies of establishing the concept of developmental evaluation, attempting diversified evaluation methods, combining teachers’ assessment with his evaluation, and highlighting the integrity and comprehensiveness of the Chinese language curriculum, aiming at guiding Chinese teaching practice.
