目的:研究羟甲烟胺对环孢菌素A药物动力学参数的影响。方法:采用荧光偏振免疫分析法(FPIA)测定18名健康志愿者单服环孢菌素及同服羟甲烟胺后环孢菌素的血药浓度,用3P97程序分析处理数据,比较两组药动学参数的变化。结果:单服环孢菌素及同服羟甲烟胺后环孢菌素的Cmax和AUC(0-∞)有极显著性差异(P<0.001),而t1/2(β)、tmax无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:羟甲烟胺可促进环孢菌素的吸收,提高环孢菌素的峰浓度及药时曲线下面积,但不影响环孢菌素的代谢。
Objective: To investigate the influence of hydroxymethylmethamine on the pharmacokinetic parameters of cyclosporin A. Methods: Plasma concentrations of cyclosporin after single-dose cyclosporine and homocysteine were measured in 18 healthy volunteers by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA).
