我厂年产600吨氯化钾的主要设备二效蒸发室的真空是用气压式混合冷凝器来达到的。在长期生产过程中,真空度只能在620mmHg,温度78~80℃。它是用海水通过7~8层多孔淋水板(每层板开有1600个φ6mm的孔)来达到的。这样,经常受到海水中的碳渣、杂草、铁锈等物堵塞板孔,真空度逐渐下降到58mmHg左右,造成一效正压很大,设备腐蚀严重,操作不稳定。因此每年都要被迫停车2~3次进行清除拆装工作。为此,我们在海水动力和二效尾气管不变的情况下,适当加粗混合冷凝器直径和下水管,同时对内部结构进行了改革,
