采用膜迷路铺片、火棉胶切片、透射电镜及内耳电生理检测技术,观察正常豚鼠透明质酸-链霉素(HA-SM)圆窗灌注后内耳功能和形态学变化,为临床应用提供实验依据。灌注后眼震时间明显缩短(P<0.01),而耳蜗电图无明显变化(P>0.05);形态学观察示前庭感觉细胞严重破坏,而Corti器无明显损害。结果表明:HA-SM圆窗灌注可选择性破坏前庭功能,而耳蜗功能得以保存
The function and morphological changes of the inner ear after round-hole perfusion of HA-SM in normal guinea pigs were observed by membrane labyrinth, collodione, transmission electron microscopy and electrophysiological examination of the inner ear. The results were used for clinical application Experimental basis. The time of nystagmus was significantly shortened after perfusion (P <0.01), while there was no significant change in the cochlear electrogram (P> 0.05). Morphological observation showed that the vestibular sensory cells were severely damaged, while the Corti instruments showed no significant damage. The results show that: HA-SM round window perfusion can selectively destroy the vestibular function, and cochlear function can be saved
