目的:对栀子果实、果仁、果皮中环烯醚萜苷类成分进行比较研究。方法:HPLC法同时测定2个主要成分(geni-pin gentiobioside,geniposide)含量,Kromasil C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.3%甲酸水溶液12:88,检测波长238nm,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:4个成分在测定范围内线性关系较好(r>0.9994),平均回收率分别为99.11%,98.47%。栀子果实不同部位中均含有这2种环烯醚萜苷类成分,且含量有较大差异。结论:2种成分以栀子果仁中含量最高,为揭示栀子果仁、果皮的不同临床功效提供了实验依据。
Objective: To compare the composition of iridoid glycosides in fruit, kernel and peel of Gardenia jasminoides. METHODS: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of two main components (geni-pin gentiobioside, geniposide) on a Kromasil C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3% formic acid aqueous solution 12:88. The detection wavelength was 238 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. Temperature 35 °C. Results: The linearity of the four components in the determination range was good (r>0.9994). The average recoveries were 99.11% and 98.47%, respectively. These two kinds of iridoid glycosides are contained in different parts of fruit of wolfberry fruit, and their contents are quite different. Conclusion: The contents of the two components are the highest in Gardenia jasminoides, which provides an experimental basis for revealing the different clinical efficacy of Gardenia jasminoides and pericarp.
