随着经济社会和市场竞争的发展,职工与企业之间的劳动纠纷越来越增多,尤其是一些中小私营企业的劳动争议更是层出不穷,劳动争议案件频发的一个重要的原因就是企业缺乏依法治企的法律意识,对职工的法律知识培训的针对性和有效性不够。因此,只有建立和完善企业法律保障制度,增强企业的法律风险意识,建立劳动管理控制机制平台,构建企业职工的法律知识培训长效机制,才能创造一个和谐的企业环境。
