北京电力设计院在二十万汽轮机电站定型设计中,为了便于电站布置,提出加长抽汽管道。管道加长以后的尺寸见表1。抽汽管道加长以后,对汽轮机调节系统动态品质影响肯定是不利的。当甩负荷后,调节阀门立即关闭,同时关闭逆止门,不让抽汽管道的蒸汽倒流回去膨胀做功。加长管道以后,逆止门前管道内的蒸汽继续膨胀做功的能力增大,致使汽轮机转子动态超速增加。
