受黄淮气旋及西南低涡共同作用,2016年7月19—20日北京市出现特大暴雨,降雨时长、累计降雨量均超过2012年“7·21”特大暴雨,为多年罕见。以凉水河干流闸站水文实测记录为基础,依据河道规划资料,论述了降雨时间、过程及分布,分析了洪水形成及量值,结合实际情况发现隐患,对未来防御洪水保障凉水河防洪安全提出合理建议。
Due to the interaction of the Huang-Huai cyclone and the southwest low vortex, the heavy rainstorm occurred in Beijing from July 19 to July 20, 2016, with the rainfall duration and accumulated rainfall surpassing that of the 2012 “July 21” heavy rainfall, which is rare for many years. Based on the hydrological records of the Liangshuihe main stream gate station, the time, process and distribution of rainfall are discussed based on the data of river channel planning. The formation and the magnitude of the flood are analyzed, the hidden danger is found according to the actual conditions, and reasonable suggestions are put forward for future flood prevention. .
