目的:了解宝山区儿童家长的预防接种知信行模式,探索能顺应微时代家长需求的预防接种健康教育形式。方法:统一制定调查问卷,在预防接种门诊开设预防接种培训班后对参加培训的6周岁以下儿童家长进行调查,对回收的1 411份有效问卷用Epidata进行整理,采用SPSS 22.0进行统计分析。结果:95.04%的家长知道应在接种疫苗后留观30分钟,其余有关糖丸、一类疫苗和接种程序的预防接种知识回答正确率均高于75%;50.39%的家长选择对于轻微的不良反应进行对症治疗,21.33%的家长会对较为严重的反应向社区接种点报告,22.82%的家长会就长时间较为严重的反应去医院就诊,5.46%的家长采取不论反应如何都不进行任何处理的态度;70.23%和29.62%的家长愿意接种乙肝疫苗和麻疹疫苗,16.23%的被调查者不愿意接种任何一种疫苗;59.46%家长选择医院人员讲课讲座了解预防接种知识,37.47%选择宣传折页,27.50%选择新媒体。结论:扩大宣传形式,利用新媒体兴起的时机,提高宣传针对性和普及度。通过简便有效的宣传,提高儿童家长的核心知识知晓率,为预防接种工作铺设有利条件。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the information model of vaccination for parents of children in Baoshan District and to explore the forms of health education for vaccination that can adapt to the needs of parents in the micro era. Methods: A questionnaire was developed. Parents of children under six years of age participating in training were surveyed after the vaccination training courses were given to vaccination clinics. Ellipsia questionnaires collected were collected by Epidata and SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: 95.04% of parents knew that they should observe for 30 minutes after vaccination, and the correct rate of vaccination knowledge about sugar pills, one kind of vaccine and vaccination program were all higher than 75%; 50.39% of parents chose mild misdemeanor 21.33% of the parents reported the more severe reactions to the community vaccination sites, 22.82% of the parents went to the hospital for more serious reactions and 5.46% of the parents took no response whatever the response Of the respondents; 70.23% and 29.62% of parents are willing to inoculate hepatitis B vaccine and measles vaccine, 16.23% of the respondents are unwilling to vaccinate any kind of vaccine; 59.46% of parents choose hospital staff lectures to understand vaccination knowledge and 37.47% Page, 27.50% select new media. Conclusion: Expand the form of propaganda, take advantage of the new media rise, improve the relevance and popularity of publicity. Through simple and effective publicity to raise awareness of children’s core knowledge of parents, paving the way for vaccination favorable conditions.
