The effects of anti-hepatoma iRNA and S-TF on the activity of LAK, IL-2 and the expression of IL-2R in peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer (PHC) were observed. The activity of LAK, IL-2 and the expression of IL-2R in PHC patients were significantly lower than those in normal subjects, and there was a positive correlation between IL-2 and LAK; the above indicators and WBC counts in PHC patients after treatment with anti-hepatoma iRNA and S-TF. Significantly higher than before treatment. It is suggested that the immunologic dysfunction or disorder in PHC patients may be related to the occurrence and development of tumors. The application of anti-hepatocarcinoma iRNA and S-TF may transfer the cellular immune function to tumor hosts and improve their immune status.
