我们观察了乳腺导管癌在LSMT的一般形态特征及萤光特征。结果发现LSMT癌细胞图象要比普通显微镜下更为清晰。在波长488nm,光强1mw的Ar+激光激发T癌细胞膜及胞浆内均出现较明亮的自体萤光。这一特征为肿瘤细胞的鉴别诊断提供了新的依据。
We observed the general morphological characteristics and fluorescent characteristics of breast ductal carcinoma in LSMT. As a result, it was found that the LSMT cancer cell image was clearer than the ordinary microscope. At the wavelength of 488 nm, the light intensity of 1 mw of Ar+ laser ignited brighter autofluorescence in the T cell membrane and cytoplasm. This feature provides a new basis for the differential diagnosis of tumor cells.
