本文从分析扭振与纵振件的振动方程出发,指出扭振杆与纵振秆在外形变化规律、性能及尺寸参数表达式及数值上的相应关系,进而利用这些关系编制出简单指数型、圆锥型——类圆锥型、悬链线型——类悬链线型以及阶梯型纵振——扭振超声变幅杆设计用数据表,并绘出了各参数对比曲线,概述了各种变幅杆参数变化规律及对比情况,举了设计实例。数据表及图线所讨论的直径比范围是:扭振杆N_T=10,纵振杆相应至N_L=100。
