我厂生产的一吨翻斗车,原采用蜗杆一扇形蜗轮方向机。该结构加工较容易,磨损后也能调节间隙。但工作圈数较多,转向较重;在工作环境恶劣,磨损严重时,导致方向机空行程大,高档位行车(五档23公里/小时)不安全。因而改用球面蜗杆结构的方向机(见图1,a),降低了接触应力,提高了承载能力(1.4~4倍)和传动效率。完全可以满足翻斗车施工场地的行驶转向要求。但是生产这种方向机需解决铣球面坯件,切制球面蜗杆的螺牙和在蜗
The one-ton dump truck produced by our factory originally used a worm-type worm wheel steering machine. The structure is easier to machine and can adjust the gap after wear. However, the number of work laps is heavy and the steering is heavy; when the working environment is harsh and the wear is serious, the air travel of the steering is large, and the high-end driving (five-speed 23 km/h) is not safe. Therefore, the direction of the spherical worm structure (see Figure 1, a) was changed to reduce the contact stress, increase the bearing capacity (1.4 to 4 times) and transmission efficiency.
