结合一在役钢框架结构工程实例,为验证结构使用性能是否满足要求,对结构构件进行了使用性能检验。首先对检验的过程进行了系统的设计;其次根据实际检验结果,研究了被测试构件的实际受力状态和工作状态,证明了构件使用性能的可靠性,为结构的正常使用提供必要的科学依据;最后在检验过程和结果分析基础上对在役钢框架结构构件使用性能检验方法进行深入探讨,为此类结构的使用性能检验建立了有关的技术档案。
Combined with an existing steel frame structure engineering example, to verify whether the structural performance meets the requirements, the structural components were tested for their performance. First of all, the process of the inspection is systematically designed. Secondly, according to the actual inspection results, the actual stress state and working condition of the tested components are studied, and the reliability of the component performance is proved. This provides the necessary scientific basis for the normal use of the structure Finally, based on the inspection process and the result analysis, the in-service steel frame structure component performance testing method is discussed in depth. The related technical files are established for the inspection of the performance of such structures.
