相比汽油机,柴油机在热效率方面更具优势。近年来,在采用共轨喷油技术和柴油颗粒捕集器的基础上,通过应用稀氮氧化物捕集器及选择性催化还原系统等后处理装置,柴油机已经变得更加清洁。另一方面,由于在全球范围内对发动机燃油经济性的要求不断提高,所以也希望能进一步降低柴油机的燃油耗。在这一背景下,马自达汽车公司开发了新一代的清洁型柴油机,将其用于日本国内市场销售的运动型多功能车。新型柴油机采用串联式顺序两级涡轮增压系统,并结合低压缩比技术,获得了理想的燃烧。配装新型柴油机的车辆具有良好的驾驶乐趣和较高的燃油效率,并且能在不采用氮氧化物后处理装置的情况下满足现行排放法规的要求。
Compared to gasoline engine, diesel engine has more advantages in thermal efficiency. In recent years, based on the common rail injection technology and diesel particulate traps, diesel engines have become cleaner by using post-treatment equipment such as lean NOx traps and selective catalytic reduction systems. On the other hand, it is hoped that the fuel consumption of diesel engines will be further reduced due to the increasing global demand for engine fuel economy. Against this backdrop, Mazda Motor Corporation has developed a new generation of clean diesel engines for use in sport utility vehicles sold in Japan’s domestic market. The new diesel engine uses tandem sequential two-stage turbocharging system, combined with low compression ratio technology, to obtain the ideal combustion. Vehicles equipped with a new diesel engine have good driving pleasure and high fuel efficiency, and can meet the current emission regulations without the use of NOx aftertreatment devices.
