性别、体质等个体差异,决定了学生对于体育课的心理需求不尽相同,能否满足学生的心理需求,决定了学生在体育课上是否积极参与,并在很大程度上制约着体育课的教学效果和目标达成情况。通过调查和研究得出,学生上体育课主要有愉悦和放松、成功和自信、尊重和理解这三大心理需求。面对学生的心理需求,教师应如何进行引导和教学呢?笔者尝试通过设置合理的学习目标、选用科学的教材资源、实施有效的教学评价等方式,满足不同学生的心理需求,切实提高体育课
