以3年生日光温室延后栽培“红地球”葡萄为试材,研究了设施葡萄园玉米秸秆覆盖、塑料薄膜覆盖和清耕3种处理对土壤温、湿度及果实品质的影响。结果表明:塑料薄膜覆盖能显著提高土壤浅层温度,而玉米秸秆覆盖保温效果不如清耕。2种覆盖方式均能提高土壤湿度,提高“红地球”葡萄的果实品质;以塑料薄膜覆盖处理效果最好,单果重较CK提高(63.5±0.65)%、果穗重较CK提高(45.0±90.09)%、可溶性固形物含量较CK提高(35.5±1.53)%,维生素C含量较CK提高(124.3±0.15)%,而可滴定酸含量较CK降低(42.2±0.07)%。
The effects of three kinds of treatments including corn straw mulching, plastic film mulching and clear tillage on the soil temperature, humidity and fruit quality were studied with the delayed cultivation of “Red Globe” grape of 3-year-old greenhouse. The results showed that the plastic film covering can significantly increase the shallow soil temperature, while the corn straw mulching and thermal insulation effect is not as good as clear farming. Compared with CK, the single fruit weight was increased by 63.5 ± 0.65%, and the ear weight was increased by 45.0% compared with CK (P <0.05). The two kinds of covering methods could improve soil moisture and improve the fruit quality of “Red Globe” grape. ± 90.09%). The content of soluble solids was increased by 35.5 ± 1.53% compared with CK, the content of vitamin C was increased by 124.3 ± 0.15% and the titratable acid content was decreased by 42.2 ± 0.07% compared with CK.
