【目的】从分子水平研究旋毛虫诱导抗日本血吸虫保护性免疫。【方法】应用EITB技术对旋毛虫肌蚴上清抗原与多种日本吸虫抗血清的交叉反应进行分析。【结果】旋毛虫肌蚴抗原与日本吸虫感染血清、抗雄虫家兔血清、抗尾蚴血清、抗成熟卵及未成熟卵血清、抗环卵血清、抗成虫表膜血清及抗GST血清存在广泛交叉反应带。【结论】旋毛虫抗血吸虫抗原具有复杂性,其与血吸虫不同发育阶段、不同组分免疫血清存在交叉反应。
【Objective】 Trichinella spiralis was used to induce anti-Schistosoma japonicum protective immunity at the molecular level. 【Method】 The EITB technique was used to analyze the cross-reactivity of Trichinella spiralis supernatant antigen with various Japanese fluke antiserums. 【Results】 There was a wide range of serotonergic antigens of Trichinella spiralis, serums of anti-macaque, serum of anti-macaque, anti-cercariae, anti-mature egg and immature egg serum, Cross-reaction band. 【Conclusion】 Trichinella antigens are complicated by anti-schistosome antigen, which cross-react with immune serum of different components at different developmental stages of schistosoma.
