目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定肌萎灵冻干粉中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的含量的方法。方法:采用Symme-try@C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱流速1.0mL.min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长203nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1分别在0.96~4.80,0.84~4.20,1.164~5.820μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,3种皂苷的平均回收率分别为98.62%(RSD为2.32%),99.19%(RSD为3.14%),100.17%(RSD为2.44%)。结论:该方法简便快捷,准确可靠,为肌萎灵冻干粉的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1 content in lyophilized powder. METHODS: Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water gradient flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results: Ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rb1 showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.96 ~ 4.80,0.84 ~ 4.20,1.164 ~ 5.820μg, the average recoveries of three saponins were 98.62% (RSD 2.32%), 99.19 % (RSD 3.14%), 100.17% (RSD 2.44%). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and provides the basis for the quality control of lyophilized powder.
