通过对极近距离煤层自然发火规律的分析总结,合理运用开采技术措施、均压防灭火技术、堵漏风技术等技术手段,同时还根据煤自燃机理研制新型防治煤自燃阻化泡沫材料,从本质上减少采空区遗煤自然发火几率,最终形成“开采技术措施+控风措施+新型材料”防治极近距离煤层自然发火的综合技术体系。
By analyzing and summarizing the rule of spontaneous combustion in extremely close coal seam and making rational use of mining technical measures, the technologies such as fire prevention and plugging wind are both applied. At the same time, a new type of coal spontaneous combustion resistance foam is developed according to the spontaneous combustion mechanism of coal. In essence, it reduces the chances of spontaneous combustion of the coal remaining in the goaf, and finally forms a comprehensive technical system of “controlling the mining measures and controlling the wind and new materials” to prevent and control spontaneous combustion at extremely close coal seams.
