2009年10月底以来,我国很多地方的蔬菜价格逐步上涨,再次成为人们关注的焦点。各地的具体情况可能存在差异,但蔬菜生产和市场供给模式有相通之处,围绕蔬菜基地建设及市场环节的规范化,应是蔬菜产业关注的中心环节。本文通过对四川省绵阳市蔬菜供求及市场流通环节中存在问题的具体分析,总结了菜价上涨的原因及对策,旨在为各地蔬菜生产、流通环节的从业者、产业规划决策者提供参考,以调整市场规划,促进蔬菜基础生产能力,全面协调城市蔬菜供求关系。
Since the end of October 2009, the prices of vegetables in many parts of our country have gradually risen and once again become the focus of attention. The specific conditions may vary from place to place, but there are similarities between the vegetable production and the market supply mode. The construction of vegetable bases and the standardization of the market sectors should be at the center of the vegetable industry’s focus. This paper summarizes the causes and countermeasures of the rising of vegetable prices through the specific analysis of the existing problems in vegetable supply and demand and market circulation in Mianyang, Sichuan Province. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for practitioners and decision makers of vegetable production and circulation in all parts of the country, To adjust the market planning, promote basic production capacity of vegetables, and fully coordinate the relationship between supply and demand of urban vegetables.
