国际法学是高等教育法学专业的主干课程,也是国家司法考试的必考课程,在高等学校法学教学内容体系中具有重要的地位。但是从教学实践和学生的学习效果来看,无论是国际法的教学还是学习都存在一定困难。笔者在十多年的国际法教学 International law is the main course of law major of higher education and also the compulsory course of national judicial examination.
