目的:动态分析浙江省妇幼保健机构人力资源配置变化趋势,为妇幼保健机构人力资源合理配置提出建议。方法:基于2007~2011年浙江省妇幼保健机构监测直报系统网络,对人力资源数据进行统计分析。结果:近5年浙江省妇幼保健机构卫生技术人员绝对数以及高职称、高学历构成比例正在逐年增加,但妇幼保健机构人员编制紧张,医护人员比例逐年降低。结论:提高对妇幼保健机构人力资源建设重要性的认识,确保人力资源配置的公平性、稳定性。
OBJECTIVE: To dynamically analyze the trend of human resource allocation in MCH institutions in Zhejiang Province and make recommendations for the rational allocation of human resources in MCH institutions. Methods: Based on the network of monitoring and reporting system of MCH institutions in Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2011, the data of human resources were statistically analyzed. Results: In the past five years, the absolute number of health technicians and the proportion of highly educated and highly educated workers in MCH institutions in Zhejiang Province are increasing year by year. However, the maternal and child health care institutions have a tight staffing establishment and the proportion of medical and nursing personnel has been decreasing year by year. Conclusion: To raise awareness of the importance of human resources in MCH institutions and ensure the fairness and stability of human resources allocation.
