本文旨在研究一种注射入体内可生物蚀解(Bio-erodable),而且不引起过敏反应的微球制品。它可使微球内所包埋的药物或活性物质起缓释作用。制备时,先将药物或活性物质溶解或分散到冷至0~4°的血清白蛋白磷酸缓冲液中(pH7.5),加入定量的戊二醛进行交链以使蛋白质凝聚。然后将上述白蛋白溶液分散于搅拌中的有机溶液中,形成微球后以含有Span 80的石油醚溶液洗涤,于真空中干燥而成。温度、反应物保持碱性和控制一定的戊二醛浓度等是制备过程成败的关键因素。
This article aims to investigate a microsphere preparation that is injected into the body and which is bio-erodable and does not cause an allergic reaction. It allows sustained release of drugs or active substances embedded in the microspheres. Preparation, the first drug or active substance dissolved or dispersed in cold to 0 ~ 4 serum albumin phosphate buffer (pH7.5), adding quantitative glutaraldehyde cross-linked to protein agglomeration. The above albumin solution is then dispersed in a stirred organic solution to form microspheres, which are then washed with Span 80 in petroleum ether and dried in vacuo. Temperature, reactants to maintain basic and control of certain glutaraldehyde concentration is the key factor in the success of the preparation process.
